This is clearly not done. When it is finished, the actual image will be slighty translucent so that the text can be better read. Also the text will most likely be all black but different sizes to tell them apart. Also the sugar packet container image is cited but the picture of a stevia leaf I have overlayed is not. I do not believe I even have the source info on it but I will check. oh and the text will be different…they will most likely be quotes out of the article. I just have that info in there as place holders to give you an idea of what I am trying to do here.

oh yeah and the corbis thing at the top is the company logo of the maker of the packet container….can I take that out…can I alter his image without permission? In time, if I have to I cam buy all that stuff and take my own photo for the actual article. Then I could put Truvia packets in there too!
I think the revisions you have planned will help make the text easier to read. It seems you will have to work with PhotoShop or some other image editing software. I’d make the whole container larger so text will fit over the packets. In terms of altering image without image, its touch and a matter of fair use. For now, I would just alter the image in the way you want, and then we can worry about copyright issues when publication of article becomes actualized. I like idea of putting in Trivia packets! And yes, I would take out Corbis logo at top.
